The Foundation for Growing Your Business

There are many ways to grow a business, but I often see businesses who have plateaued and are unable to grow. The owners are working long hours, and incredibly hard. They are face down in their business and unable to look up and see a way forward. Growing your business is the aim of most businesses.

The Problems for Growth.

There are many ways to grow a business, but I often see businesses who have plateaued and are unable to grow. The owners are working long hours, and incredibly hard. They are face down in their business and unable to look up and see a way forward. Growing your business is the aim of most businesses.

They can’t see growth, because they are not looking for growth. Often they are doing too much themselves in a misguided notion to maintain cost efficiency but doing that, comes at a cost as well. Small business owners are by their very nature, multi-skilled people. They learn a lot quickly and learn a little about a lot. Many do their own websites, run their own marketing campaigns, write their own content, do their own social media and do their own books. And doing so, reduces the impact they can have. They are doing the work of many and do so through fear of adding cost to their business and being pushed to the brink. But in reality, they are their own worst enemy.[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner css=”.vc_custom_1452700243026{margin-bottom: 39px !important;}”][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

The Foundations for Business Growth

  • Working On Not Just In Your Business.

Learning to work on your business is a fantastic step in the right direction. Take some time weekly to review what has been happening in your business and whether you hit the mark intended. By doing this you can start being more disciplined about planning and being productive towards your business success.

  • Time Is Your Most Valuable Commodity:

Understand clearly the role best suited for you in your business and wherever possible, stick to it. Contract the tasks taking to the time by investing in contractors or technology solutions to increase the time you spend doing what is best for your business.

Growing Your Business

  • Grow Your Core Product:

Can you increase who you are selling to? Are their other prospective clients and customers just waiting for your product to target. Do the research, find out where they are and target your message to them.

  • Grow Your Product Range:

Can you increase your core product range with items that align and make sense to be selling alongside your current core range?[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][stm_post_bottom][stm_post_about_author][stm_post_comments][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/4″ offset=”vc_hidden-sm vc_hidden-xs”][stm_sidebar sidebar=”527″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” el_class=”third_bg_color” css=”.vc_custom_1451889219674{margin-bottom: -60px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_cta h2=”Looking for a First-Class Business Coach?” h2_font_container=”font_size:20px|color:%23000000|line_height:24px” h2_use_theme_fonts=”yes” shape=”square” style=”flat” add_button=”right” btn_title=”Contact Us Today” btn_style=”flat” btn_color=”theme_style_2″ btn_align=”right” btn_i_align=”right” btn_i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-chevron-right” use_custom_fonts_h2=”true” btn_button_block=”true” btn_add_icon=”true” el_class=”third_bg_color” css=”.vc_custom_1483528222210{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}” btn_link=”url:http%3A%2F%2Fthinkandgrowbusiness.com.au%2Fcontact-us%2F|||”][/vc_cta][/vc_column][/vc_row]
