The BEC has been a part of Career Employment Australia Ltd since 1996, providing assistance to small business start-ups and existing business owners across Brisbane and Gold Coast. Career Employment Australia Ltd is a non-profit community based organisation that formed in Brisbane in 1980, supporting employment creation, business development, skills development and training programs across Brisbane and now across Australia.

Tony has been a member of the ILP since 2013. The Institute for Learning Professionals (ILP) is a leading industry body for learning and development (L&D) professionals in Australasia. We currently represents over 1500 L&D professionals across Australia, New Zealand and other international areas, as well as the wider L&D community

The Australian Retailers Association (ARA) has been the peak industry body representing Australia’s $258 billion retail sector which employs over 1.2 million people. The ARA ensures retail success by informing, protecting, advocating, educating and saving money for its 5,000 independent and national retail members throughout Australia.
